Oddly Correct

Oddly Correct is probably one of the most interesting spots I've been to. They recently moved from their cozy Main Street location, to a spacious one just off of Troost. The inside of the shop is modern but also eclectic and filled with tons of art. This time I ordered their bourbon vanilla latte with oat milk and it was pretty good! Disclaimer, although it may not sound like it, this coffee is non alcoholic. I'm not usually the type of person to get a vanilla latte, but the smokey notes of the bourbon flavor pairs really well with the vanilla and adds a bit of depth to the flavor profile. The baristas there where very nice and where happy to answer any questions about their menu. They told me about their power puck which is like a protein granola bar that I saw on the menu. It was mostly made up of peanut butter, coconut, oats, chocolate, and some dried fruit. It was pretty dense and more filling than I thought it would be. The inside of the shop had toys, art, and something a little weird around every corner. One of the paintings featured a little apple with a cute face that you could spot across the room. One of my friends even pointed out that there was an elf holding a sword in the rafters of their ceiling peering down at us. If you go on the right day you might even get to see the guy that is in most of the paintings. There is was also a lot of seating options, and some that where tucked away if you need a nice little spot to concentrate. They even roast their own coffee and there's some bar seating if you want to watch what goes down during that process.  Over all I think that this place is a cute spot to take your friends, there's lots to see here and I promise it won't disappoint.
