Hi Hat Coffee

Hi Hat Coffee is of the cutest coffee shops in town. Its located in Westwood Kansas right behind Pembroke Hill High School and its the smallest little coffee shop I have ever seen. Walking inside I was surprised at how tiny and cute it was. Usually coffee shops this size tend to have a drive thru but having to walk in makes this shop have a special neighborhood feel to it. Inside they have a very big and unique menu. There is so many different drink combinations that it was difficult for me to chose from. They also have blended drinks and smoothies too! When I ordered the baristas where very friendly and treated me like a neighborhood regular even though it was my first time there. They where super happy to answer any of the questions I had about the drink I had to order. I finally settled on the caramelio, which is "like a mocha but with thick caramel syrup not mocha" as their sign said, and I got it with almond milk as usual. It was really good! I don't usually get caramel lattes but this one was very rich and creamy so it gets my seal of approval. Inside there is no seating, so its not the best place to go to if the weather is not permitting, but they have some seating options outside. There are wooden lawn chairs to sit in and some shaded tables. I wouldn't recommend this as a place to goto if you need to work since you have to be outside, and weather is a little unpredictable sometimes, but its defiantly a nice spot to go and relax or unwind. I love this place its super cute and homey and I will defiantly be coming back to this cute shop again!
